The Board of Directors meets once a month on the second Wednesday of each month from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Rifle Information Center / Chamber Office.

Frank is President / co-owner for Molzahn-Ladd Property Solutions. Frank and his family, wife Brenda, son Jonathan, daughter Shaunna (John Wilsky) and grandchildren Jacob and Addison have lived on the western slope since 1994, the last 12 in Battlement Mesa. Franks hobbies include golf, woodworking, Broncos football and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.

Gina has just joined the RACC team in early 2011, but has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 22 years. She is currently the Coal Ridge High School Booster Club President, and likes to be involved with many different community events. She lives in Silt, and also volunteers for River Churches in the New Castle area. She is surrounded by family, loves playing softball in the summer, hunting in the fall, and is a Colorado Avalanche fan in the winter. She is looking forward to working with the Chamber and being involved with the many different businesses associated with them!

Kacey Beres is a Colorado native and has worked in tourism since graduating high school. Her passion for helping people was sparked from working at state and local campgrounds, dude ranches, ski resorts and real estate. The opportunity to work for the Chamber of Commerce and tourism industries the past six years has helped her develop many community events and form lasting business relationships. When Kacey is not working, she is spending time with her boyfriend John and his son Logan camping, fishing and four-wheeling.
Kelly Thompson is the Owner and General Manager of Thompson Computer Services, LLC, founded in 2001 because he saw a need for a full-service technology store in the Rifle area. He has worked with computers most of his life, learning programming on the original Apple II. He is also a musician, and was a band director in the RE-2 school district from 1993-2001. Kelly remains musically active as a trumpet player with the Symphony in the Valley and is past President of their Board of Directors. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children swimming, boating, and water skiing.
Joy is the Senior Vice President of the Alpine Bank Downtown location as well as the Branch Manager of the Alpine Bank South Rifle location. Joy has over 20 years of banking experience. She has completed a Degree in Business Management at Colorado Mountain College and Finance Degree from the University of Colorado. Joy is also involved in the community with the Chamber Ambassadors and has been on the Chamber Board of Directors for five years.
Debi Billings has been living in Western Colorado for the past 20 years. Debi has an extensive background in Graphic Design and Marketing. During her time in the area, she served as Publications Director at the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association, where she was honored at national conferences for her pioneering work in web design. She also spent time with Lakota Canyon Ranch & Golf Club in their inaugural years as Marketing Director. Debi currently is the Marketing Communications Director for Grand River Hospital District. She has one son, Mat, who is an actor living in New York City.
Mark Fergen is the President/Owner of Mountain Air Mechanical. He has lived in the valley for most of his life. He graduated from Glenwood Springs High School and joined the military after high school. After his time in the military he came back to the area and started to work for his father in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. He started Mountain Air Mechanical in 2002. In Mark’s free time he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including golf, snowmobiling, camping, and jet skiing.
Joanne has lived in the area since 1974 where she has owned and operated several businesses. In 2007 she purchased the Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Co. franchise with a territory from New Castle to Battlement Mesa and joined the Chamber shortly thereafter. She lives here with her husband Bill and has a son, stepson and two grandsons living in the area as well. She is actively involved with the Rifle Chamber as an Ambassador and serves on various committees. Joanne is proud to be a volunteer for the Cancer Resource Center at Valley View Hospital; the first of it's kind in the area.
